Refund policy

By placing an order with It Girl by Siel Skye, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Estimated Delivery: 2–6 business days after processing
Note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, It Girl by Siel Skye is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. If your tracking status shows “delivered,” the package is considered successfully delivered. Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier by opening a claim or investigation using your tracking number.

It Girl by Siel Skye does not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered or for lost packages.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will review your case.
